April 2009 Meeting
From Johns Hopkins Linux Users Group
Below you will find the information for the April 2009 meeting:
When: April 4th, 2009 at 7:00pm
Where: Homewood Campus, Bloomberg Building, room 475
Topics for discussion:
- We are looking at open discussion for this meeting. If you have anything you would like to discuss or present, feel free to bring it with you. And be sure you update this event entry.
- If people felt like discussing scaling websites and databases, I can bring notes / information about the Mnikr Project on which I'm working; the site will be fully live by then, so I can talk about some of the things I've done for performance, and we can discuss what could happen next. -- USSJoin
- I'll bring the Vyatta router for the April 4 meeting. I may not have a polished presentation, but I can work through the features covered in Parts 1 and 2 of the aticle. VYATTA Linux Router - Part 1 and VYATTA Linux Router - Part 2. Vyatta was kind enough to send some marketing goodies for the event -> only for those that survive my presentation! -- Arnold
